Saw Operators Needed $18 an hourEmploy-Temps Staffing Services is hiring Saw Operators in Leetonia, Ohio for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We’re looking for candidates who can lift and move up to 50 pounds and help keep production running smoothly.This role supports our client’s manufacturing and framing bundle needs, including assisting or operating a cut-back saw station. You’ll follow foreman instructions, inspect metal for defects, record daily counts, and keep the work area clean and organized.Call our office to speak with a recruiter or schedule an interview.Hours3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Thursday)Pay$18.00 per hourKey Responsibilities

• Repetitively lift aluminum extrusions up to 40 feet long and weighing up to 75 pounds from metal basket carriers to the packing conveyor
• Gather materials needed for framing bundles (tape, stretch wrap, cardboard, paper, banding, etc.)
• Visually inspect metal during bundling for defects such as burrs, scratches, chips, gouges, dents, bubbles, or die lines
• Assemble bundles per foreman’s instructions using appropriate packing materials
• Assist or operate the cut-back saw station and act as saw helper at the press
• Lift metal from racks and return it after cutting
• Record daily piece counts or weigh counts
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including housekeeping of the shipping area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to use measuring devices such as measuring tape or rulers
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
