Responsible for scanning all repair orders/invoices and warranty claimsPrint estimates, invoices and accept payment for completed service workRecord the amount of payment and close out repair orders in the computer systemCalculate materials charges, repair charges and taxes; understand warranties.Answer incoming service calls as neededHelp maintain appearance of customer waiting areaOther duties to be determined by managementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail a mustPrevious administrative work a plusA high school diplomaAbility to provide great customer service and great phone skillsAbility to learn new software programs to input and retrieve informationMust be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
