Scheduling Coordinator (Healthcare / Home Care Staffing) – Rochelle Park, NJAffirmed Home Care | Immediate Opening | High-Impact Role

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring a Pediatric Scheduling Coordinator for our Rochelle Park, NJ office. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating, problem-solving, and making a real difference in patient care every day.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Coordinate schedules for RNs and LPNs across pediatric cases
Ensure all cases are fully staffed and running smoothly
Handle call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent coverage needs
Communicate with caregivers and families to ensure seamless care

Key Responsibilities

Assign nurses to shifts based on availability, skillset, and client needs
Maintain accurate, real-time schedules in the system
Act as the main point of contact for all scheduling needs
Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps
Communicate updates clearly and professionally to staff and clients
Ensure all scheduling data and assignments are properly documented
Partner with clinical and leadership teams to support quality care delivery

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
1–2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience(Healthcare, home care, or medical office experience strongly preferred)
Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-changing environment
