Their portfolio includes nationally recognized brands and projects ranging from interior renovations to ground-up developments valued at $5M+.Job DescriptionDevelop and manage project schedules from preconstruction through project completion. Partner with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Superintendents to create and maintain baseline schedules. Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, and project forecasting. Standardize scheduling processes, templates, reporting, and best practices across the organization. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and field operations. Proficient with Primavera P6 and experienced in developing and maintaining complex project schedules. Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously and communicating with both field and office teams.What's on OfferSalary: $115,000 - $130,000. Annual bonus opportunity.
