Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - School-Based 1:1 Student Care

Interim HealthCare s currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide one-on-one care for a student in a high school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a student's daily life while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:20 AM - 2:20 PM
Setting: School-Based | 1:1 Student Care

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care and support to a student throughout the school day
Monitor and assess the student's health status and respond to medical needs as required
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure student safety and well-being
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the State of New Hampshire
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the last five years
Current CPR Certification required

(Monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
Reliable transportation
Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
