Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a preschool setting in Gilford, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working with young children and wants a rewarding career with a predictable daytime schedule.
As the preschool nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of students throughout the school day. You'll work closely with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure children receive the care they need in a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to preschool-aged students during the school day.
- Assess and respond to student health concerns and minor illnesses or injuries.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
- Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate health documentation and medication records.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student health and safety.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Foster a caring, calm, and supportive environment for students.

Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR certification (renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with young children
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
