Job Requirements Education Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting or equivalent. Certifications Requirements: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or equivalent, as required for school-based roles. Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings, with in-person or hybrid modalities. Other Requirements: Must be able to work on-site (no virtual options accepted for this caseload), experience with push-in therapy preferred, team-oriented attitude, and background checks as required by the facility. Soft skills such as strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability are essential.
