Job Description
- Full-Time: Up to 40 hours per week.
- Part-Time: Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12 hours / 3 days per week.
- Hours available between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

- Provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students.
- Implement individualized learning and behavior support plans.
- Support communication, social, and life skill development.
- Collect data to track student progress.
- Encourage independence and positive relationships.
- Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and team members.
- Passionate about helping children succeed.
- Patient, positive, and team-oriented.
- Interested in special education or behavioral health.
- Comfortable supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field preferred.
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella).
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
- Varicella (Chicken Pox).
- Hepatitis B.
- TB clearance within the past 4 years.
