• EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program; ASHA-accredited program or equivalent training.
• CertificationsRequirements: Indiana Speech-Language Pathology licensure (or eligibility to obtain); ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or active pathway/eligibility as required by the position.
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a related setting (school or clinical experience) providing speech and language services.
• OtherRequirements: Standard Requirements. Must be comfortable working in a school setting with age-appropriate speech therapy; strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with educators and support staff; willingness to follow district policies and IEP/IEP-related procedures; maintain professional conduct and confidentiality; background check may be required in accordance with facility/district requirements. Days schedule; 37.5 hours per week.

JobResponsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting, supporting IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Complete speech/language evaluations and/or assist with evaluation processes as required by district procedures, including interpretation of results to support recommendations.
• Deliver direct therapy (individual and/or group sessions) and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation (session notes, progress updates, and IEP-related paperwork) in accordance with program and district requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary communication.
