- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program; applicable state licensure requirements must be met.
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Indiana or ability to obtain); required professional credentials per school district and state guidelines.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist; school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to students based on IEP goals and related service plans.
- Conduct assessments as needed to support eligibility, progress monitoring, and IEP development in collaboration with the IEP team.
- Deliver direct therapy and coordinate instructional strategies with teachers, support staff, and families.
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required reports in accordance with district and state expectations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress, therapy recommendations, and next steps with stakeholders.
