Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Iredell-Statesville, NC

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in Healthcare and Educational Services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for one of our trusted Educational Services partners. Position Details

Location: Iredell-Statesville, NC
Contract Length: 30 weeks
Compensation: Up to $58/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: School-based hours, MondayFriday

Job Description

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct behavioral support services to students in a school setting
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making and track progress
Ensure compliance with all applicable ethical and professional guidelines

Education and Certification Requirements

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
North Carolina state licensure (if applicable)
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
