• EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent), with coursework/training required for BCBA certification
• CertificationsRequirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (as required for school-based services)
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a behavior analyst (direct experience developing/implementing behavior intervention supports and tracking behavioral data preferred)
• OtherRequirements: Must be able to work Days; provide school-based behavior support including development and oversight of behavior intervention plans and behavioral data collection/analysis; strong collaboration with teachers, school staff, therapists, and admissions/teams; ability to align interventions with student needs and educational goals; clear, documentable compliance readiness for school/system requirements (e.g., background check process and any required regulatory clearances); strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork

JobResponsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide behavior analytic services in a school setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on collected behavioral data
• Oversee behavior tracking/measurement and ensure accurate documentation of outcomes and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school teams to support student needs and promote consistency across settings
• Provide supervision, guidance, and training as needed to support effective implementation of behavior supports
