Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Must possess a CT BCBA certification.*
- Certifications Requirements: Connecticut BCBA license is required.*
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working with school-aged children, including conducting FBAs, developing IEPs, and implementing behavior plans.*
- Other Requirements: Must be available to work full-time (37.5 hours/week). Strong knowledge of K-12 behavior management, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with school staff, and reliable transportation.
