Steps Academy Inc. is seeking a dedicated and responsible School Bus Driver to join our exceptional team. Responsibilities

Transport students safely to and from school and extracurricular activities.
Ensure bus is clean and in good working condition before and after each trip.
Conduct regular safety checks on the bus and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Follow designated bus routes and schedules while being flexible to accommodate changes.
Maintain a positive and respectful environment for all students during transit.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding transportation issues.
Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
Previous experience driving a school bus or similar vehicle preferred.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to manage student behavior effectively while on the bus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must pass background checks and drug testing as required.
