- Education: Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensure: Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required; LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
- Experience: Experience in working with children, adolescents and families. Clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment.
- Other: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the criteria of the Agency’s insurance company. Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle.
- Provide administrative supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees.
- Provide staff training programs to provide necessary skills to implement the Medina TEAM Alliance Program.
- Provide clinical supervision to Medina TEAM Alliance Program staff.
- Provide weekly individual supervision to assigned staff and group supervision as needed.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
- Assure that Medina TEAM Alliance staff maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
- All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
