Admissions & Marketing Coordinator

Position OverviewThe Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is a part-time (20 to 24 hours) position that supports the growth of the school by driving enrollment, building local community presence, and creating strong relationships with prospective and current families.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enrollment through lead management, including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, follow-ups, and family onboarding.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including digital (organic and paid) campaigns, email marketing, and social media.
- Represent the school at local events and build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and employers.
- Plan and support family events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service; digital marketing experience is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
