Job Description
BlueCloud Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and student-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide school-based health services within a public school setting in Conway, NH.

Position Summary
The School-Based RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services to students, supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), and collaborating closely with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.
The RN will serve as a critical member of the student support team and may provide care across general education and special education populations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Student Care & Health Management
Provide direct nursing care to students throughout the school day
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and district policy
Monitor and manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, seizure disorders, severe allergies)
Develop, implement, and update Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
Support students with 504 Plans and IEP-related medical needs
Perform health screenings as required
Emergency & Crisis Response
Respond promptly to medical emergencies
Provide first aid and triage assessments
Collaborate with administration during emergency protocols
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, confidential health records
Ensure compliance with New Hampshire state regulations and district policies
Track medication administration logs and health documentation
Collaboration & Communication
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student health
Partner with teachers, special education teams, and administrators
Participate in student support meetings as needed
Qualifications
New Hampshire RN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
School nursing, pediatric, or community health experience preferred
Experience working with students with disabilities strongly preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
