Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher, or equivalents
- Certifications Requirements: NY or NJ State Occupational Therapist License, National Certification from NBCOT
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of school-based occupational therapy experience, strong assessment and intervention skills
- Other Requirements: Must have experience working in a school setting, be comfortable working days, pass background checks, and exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students occupational and developmental needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide training and support to school staff on therapeutic techniques
