- EducationRequirements: Bachelors degree in the area of occupational therapy. Masters degree preferred.
- CertificationsRequirements: Must Obtain and maintain - Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of related experience; Sensory Integration Certification preferred.
- OtherRequirements: Valid drivers license (front and back), Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (front and back), Social Security Card, College Diploma or Transcripts. Must be able to work days in a school setting. Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.
