• EducationRequirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; paraprofessional/RBT pathway education preferred
• CertificationsRequirements: Paraprofessional or RBT license
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year experience; 12 years of experience working with behaviors (Autism, Substance use, Mental health disorders) including in-patient psych unit experience; crisis response and severe behavior support; experience de-escalating, elopement intervention, and crisis intervention
• OtherRequirements: Ability to work in school settings with middle school and high school students (MS/HS preferred; open to elementary but not first choice); willingness to support preschool coverage as needed (Mon–Thurs OR Mon–Fri with Friday work at the elementary or middle/high level); works collaboratively with RBTs and BCBAs; strong crisis response and severe behavior management skills; must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and teamwork; maintain a supportive, patient-centered approach; candidates must be available for Days shifts and able to commute to Epping (good with Epping; Nashua, NH 03060 nearby)

JobResponsibilities:

• Support middle school and high school students in the school setting using behavior-informed strategies, including de-escalation for crisis and severe behaviors
• Assist with intervention during episodes involving elopement and other high-risk behaviors, maintaining safety and follow-through with crisis protocols
• Collaborate with RBTs and BCBAs to implement behavior plans and support skill development for students with Autism, substance use challenges, and mental health disorders
• Provide classroom support and help maintain a structured, supportive learning environment across day shifts
• Maintain professional communication with school staff and follow program expectations to ensure continuity of care and effective student support
