• EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in School Psychology or Psychology (or equivalent)
• CertificationsRequirements: Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist certification/licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• ExperienceRequirements: 1+ year of school-based experience as a School Psychologist; experience conducting assessments and supporting IEP/504 processes

JobResponsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational and functional assessments for students to support eligibility decisions and educational planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education teams to develop recommendations for IEPs and 504 plans
• Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly to families and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation, guidance, and intervention recommendations to support student academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
