Job Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; Illinois state licensure as a School Psychologist or equivalent.
Certifications Requirements: State licensure as a School Psychologist; Valid PEL or similar certification preferred.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working in elementary school settings, with familiarity handling caseloads of approximately 350 students, and participation in IEP meetings alongside social workers.
Other Requirements: Must be comfortable sharing LEA responsibilities during IEP meetings. Strong communication and collaboration skills required. Ability to adhere to school schedule and manage responsibilities in a dynamic school environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students in grades K-5.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and social workers in IEP meetings to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions accordingly.
- Share LEA responsibilities during IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and student-centered planning.
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in school team activities to support student success.
