Key Responsibilities

Support universal screenings and schoolwide data reviews
Coach teachers on intervention strategies and SEL integration
Help develop Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention plans
Participate in behavior teams, PBIS efforts, and SEL initiatives
Assist with crisis prevention and staff training

Qualifications

WA ESA certification
Experience in systems-level support preferred
