Help strengthen systems-level supports across schools in Spokane, WA, focusing on MTSS and Social-Emotional Learning.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze schoolwide data and identify intervention needs
Coach staff on Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategies
Assist with universal screenings and progress monitoring
Support behavioral and SEL frameworks like PBIS and Restorative Practices
Participate in crisis prevention and planning

Qualifications

WA ESA certification
Experience in MTSS or staff coaching preferred
