Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: School Psychologist degree or equivalent; licensed for the State of Illinois
  • Certifications Requirements: PEL (Professional Educator License)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including familiarity with re-evaluations, initial assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Other Requirements: Ability to handle individual problem solving cases, participate in weekly and monthly meetings, and work in an in-person school environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
  • Participate in weekly PLC and monthly Tier II and Tier III meetings
  • Handle individual problem solving cases and progress monitoring
