Job Description

Location: Aston, PASalary: $47.00 USD Hourly - $52.00 USD HourlyDescription: Help shape the future of learners at their most critical developmental stage. As an Early Intervention School Psychologist, you will work with children from age three until they enter kindergarten. Your primary focus is identifying developmental delays and disabilities early, measuring intellectual and social-emotional growth, and developing the strategic interventions necessary to ensure every child is prepared for their transition into elementary school.Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Assessment: Administer a variety of intellectual, adaptive, academic, and social-emotional assessments to determine eligibility for services.
Evaluation Reporting: Compile data from teachers, parents, and medical professionals to produce comprehensive evaluation and re-evaluation reports.
Intervention Development: Design behavior plans and curriculum modifications to address the specific special education needs of eligible students.
Collaborative Consulting: Partner with parents, teachers, and community agencies to develop service plans and provide high-level recommendations.
Student Support: Provide counseling and lead social skills groups to enhance student success and social integration.
IEP Participation: Actively participate in IEP meetings and workshops to gather and convey critical student information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Certification as a School Psychologist is required.
Master’s Degree in a job-related area required; Doctorate preferred.
Previous experience is preferred, particularly with the Pre-K population.
