Phaxis Education is seeking skilled and student-centered School Psychologists to join school teams in the Boulder Hill area for the 2026–2027 school year. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time professionals who are passionate about supporting students' academic achievement, emotional well-being, and overall success.

Shape Student Success Through Meaningful Support
As a School Psychologist, you'll serve as a key member of the educational team, helping schools identify student needs, develop effective interventions, and create supportive learning environments. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure students receive the resources and support necessary to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Interpret assessment data and communicate findings to families and school teams
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support the development of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Assist with crisis response, behavior planning, and student support initiatives
- Help foster positive and inclusive school climates
Student Population

Qualifications
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting the academic, behavioral, and emotional growth of students
