• Education Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid license required; active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred.
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working with behavior intervention, preferably in a school setting.
• Other Requirements: Must be male; ability to work face-to-face with students; excellent communication skills; background check clearance; reliable transportation; and adherence to school safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and support students with behavioral needs in a school environment.
• Coach staff on effective interventions and behavior management techniques.
• Collect data to monitor student progress and inform interventions.
• Collaborate with the Behavior and Autism Coordinator and Behavior Specialist to develop tailored strategies.
• Assist in setting students on a successful behavioral management path, with placements expected to last around 3 weeks per student.
