Job Description
Nation Security is seeking professional, dependable, and bilingual Security Officers (English/Spanish) to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors within a private school setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, alert, and committed to fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere. Requirements- Ensure the safety and security of students, faculty, visitors, and school property at all times.
- Conduct routine patrols of school grounds, hallways, entrances, and parking areas.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
- Monitor surveillance systems and promptly report any suspicious or unsafe activity.
- Manage visitor access, verify identification, and enforce entry procedures.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Enforce school and company policies with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Support traffic and parking control during student arrival, dismissal, and special events.
- Communicate effectively with school administration, staff, and law enforcement when required.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
