Navra is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Zion, IL area. We partner with exceptional school districts to connect talented professionals with rewarding opportunities that support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success.

Position Overview
As a School Social Worker, you will play a critical role in fostering positive student outcomes by providing social-emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling services, and collaboration with educators and families. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to help create safe, supportive learning environments where students can thrive.
Available Opportunities Include:
- Elementary, Middle School, and High School caseloads
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Individual and group counseling services
- Crisis intervention and behavioral support
- IEP and 504 team participation
- Family outreach and community resource coordination
- Diverse student populations and educational settings
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
- Strong understanding of social-emotional learning, behavior management, and student support services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and support staff
- Commitment to fostering student growth, well-being, and academic success
