Navra is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Glen Ellyn, IL area. We partner with exceptional school districts to connect talented professionals with opportunities where they can make a meaningful impact on students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional well-being.

Position Overview
As a School Social Worker, you will collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to provide services that promote student well-being and foster positive educational outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing individual and group counseling services
- Conducting social-developmental assessments and evaluations
- Participating in IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
- Assisting with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Connecting students and families with community-based resources
- Promoting positive school climate and student engagement
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of special education processes and student support services
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student success and well-being
