Phaxis Education is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Olympia Fields, IL area. Position Overview

As a School Social Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to remove barriers to learning and promote a positive school experience for all students.

Qualifications

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement
