This role focuses on providing direct and indirect services to students in a school-based setting while collaborating with educators, families, and community resources to support student success. Why Ro Health: Schedules to complement your lifestyle Competitive compensation and weekly paychecks Career development opportunities across various disciplines Dedicated administrative and clinical support when you need it most Healthcare benefits available for eligible providers All providers earn PTO and sick time, even when working a per diem schedule Overview: In-person Locations: Lemon Grove Caseload: TBD Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM - 3:30PM Compensation: $47-$55 (depending on experience) Start Date: Mid March, 2026 Responsibilities: Teaching SEL (Social Emotional Learning Lessons) in the classroom Provide direct and indirect social work services in accordance with IEPs Deliver individual and group support to improve students social, emotional, and behavioral functioning Provide support with conflicts that might require restorative conversation Partner with teachers, families, and community resources to support student success Serve as liaison to social services, probation, and local agencies Support behavioral management strategies and help staff adapt instruction based on student needs Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work (Required) Valid CA Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement (Required) LSW or school social work certification (Required) Knowledge of social work practices, mental health conditions, behavior theories, and crisis response Strong communication and cultural competency skills Ability to work with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds Experience developing IEP goals and participating in interdisciplinary teams Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status): $500 Signing Bonus Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer matching Weekly direct deposit Single point of contact Does this role sound like the right fit for you?
