• EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent degree required for state licensure)
• CertificationsRequirements: Certified/licensed SLP in Maryland; MD SLP license
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (school-based experience preferred)
• OtherRequirements: Must be able to provide services in a school setting and work 37.5 hours per week (Days; 5 days a week). Caseload includes multiple ages/grades with disabilities primarily OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment; services primarily provided outside the general education setting. Manage a fluid caseload of approximately 45–50 students. Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams; flexibility to support changing caseload needs. Must meet all applicable state/facility requirements for clinical work.

JobResponsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a school setting across multiple ages/grades.
• Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for students with speech/language needs (primarily OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment).
• Deliver direct therapy services, with services primarily provided outside the general education setting.
• Maintain and manage a fluid caseload of approximately 45–50 students, adapting to changing student needs throughout the contract.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress and ensure appropriate service delivery throughout the 36-week local contract.
