Job RequirementsEducation Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or an equivalent field.
Certifications Requirements:
- Valid State Licensure/Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- State-specific credentials as required.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements:
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Ability to work efficiently within a school environment and collaborate with staff, students, and families.
- Soft skills include patience, empathy, strong organizational skills, and adaptability.
- Physical ability to perform duties in a school setting.
