Job Description

Medical Transport SystemsWe are seeking reliable and compassionate School Van Drivers and Paratransit Drivers to transport special needs and handicapped students to and from school. These positions ensure the safety and comfort of students during their commute, adhering to all safety protocols and providing assistance as needed.

💵 Pay & Benefits - $18.00–$19.00hr - $250 performance bonus every two weeks

🚍 What You’ll Do- Safely operate a school van or paratransit vehicle- Assist students with mobility needs, including wheelchair support- Follow designated routes & schedules- Secure passengers using required safety equipment- Communicate with school staff, parents & supervisors- Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs- Always follow zero‑tolerance safety standards .

🧩 Requirements - Valid driver’s license + clean driving record (last 3 years)- Patience, empathy & good communication- Pass criminal background check & Child Abuse History Clearance- Ability to meet district certification requirements.

🕒 ScheduleMonday–Friday only — no nights, weekends, or major holidays - AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM - PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Split shift schedule (2 shifts/day) - 30–40 hours/week
