Tutor Pay & Compensation

• $20–$35 per hour base pay
• Up to $40 per hour for select students and specialized assignments
• Performance bonuses tied to student satisfaction, reliability, and other performance criteria
• Semi-monthly pay, flexible scheduling, and the ability to choose students whose availability matches yours

We personally get to know every tutor and thoughtfully match you to students based on subject expertise, teaching style, student goals, and preferred travel area and availability.

We handle client acquisition, billing, family communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative logistics so you can focus on what you do best: helping students learn, grow, and build confidence.
