Job Description: 100% onsite at North Logan A30 labs, 2780 N 200 W Day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm top 3 "must-have skills or qualities in a candidate: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely, ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs The Laboratory Assistant is an entry-level, non-licensed role responsible for supporting core laboratory operations through the execution of fundamental laboratory procedures and maintenance activities. This position operates under direct supervision and plays a key role in ensuring efficient workflow, accurate preparation, and a clean, compliant laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions - Assist in the preparation of formulations and samples for laboratory testing - Accurately complete tasks related to formulation preparation - Routine clean, sanitize, and maintain glassware, laboratory equipment, and workspaces Physical Requirements - Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive manual tasks - Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds Core Competencies - Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy - Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace - Effective verbal communication skills - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Required Qualifications - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task execution - Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision in a structured environment
