The Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Capco's consulting team and support one of our clients within the financial services industry.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, where the focus is on creating, maintaining and continuously improving automation solutions, including robots and chatbots.

The team works with technologies such as Blue Prism to automate processes and improve the way client services are delivered.

As Scrum Master, your role is to enable the team to perform at its best. You will facilitate the Agile way of working, help remove impediments, strengthen collaboration and support continuous improvement across the team.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, technology specialists, business stakeholders and other teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.

  • Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic and effective way.

  • Identify and help remove impediments that impact the team's progress.

  • Foster ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective backlog management and sprint preparation.

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology stakeholders.

  • Create transparency around progress, priorities, dependencies and risks.

  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of automation solutions, including robots and chatbots.

  • Help the team improve its Ways of Working and increase its delivery maturity.

  • Contribute to successful delivery within a complex financial services environment.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • Around 5 years of relevant professional experience, with solid experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.

  • Previous experience within banking or financial services is considered as a plus.

  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is considered an advantage.

  • Experience with Blue Prism, or with teams working with Blue Prism, is considered a strong advantage.

Languages

  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.

Working Model

This is a consulting role based in Belgium. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining client-site, Capco office and remote working depending on project requirements.
