What is the team like?

InMobi DSP is one of the world's leading advertising platforms handling 40 bn ad requests, and serving advertiser needs across the entire marketing spectrum from user awareness and acquisition to re-engagement. The optimization team is responsible for building out the automated decision systems that help scale DSP revenues without significant human intervention. As a core member, your code and systems will directly impact revenue daily.

What will you be doing?

• Debugging/Troubleshooting and fixing issues in the production environment by working with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements.
• Provide functional, design, and code reviews in related areas of expertise with-in team and cross-team.
• Estimates efforts, identify risks, devises and meets project schedules.
• Rises above detail to see broader issues and implications for whole product/team.

What do we expect from you?

• 7-11 years of experience.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell etc.
• Experience in Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes ecosystem, Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD), Infrastructure automation, Automation and Scripting, Networking, Linux container and cluster management
• Expertise in Architecting and Implementing Azure Service Offering, such as Azure VMs, Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS), Azure Load Balancers, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, Azure network settings, DNS settings, security policies, Routing, Azure storage, Azure Active Directory (AD) etc.
• Experience on high throughput microservices.
• Expertise in Kubernetes to deploy scale, load balance, and manage Docker containers
• Working knowledge of build automation and building CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes ecosystem - Helm, skaffold
• Expertise in Infrastructure as a code(IaC) e.g., Terraform
• Expertise in configuring the monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus/Grafana, dashboarding, Alerts setup etc.
• Champion of automation. Must be doing automation daily from dev to deploy. To remove any needs of manual intervention & Debugging into the system.
• Understanding of observability and traceability
• To work in scrums/sprints with engineering teams on a daily basis
• Strong computer fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
• Provide good attention to details
• Must be excited by challenges surrounding the development of highly scalable & distributed system for building audience targeting capabilities
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities. Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment.
