Join A Contractor With A Strong Reputation In The Education Construction SectorOur client is a respected general contractor with extensive experience delivering ground-up educational facilities across the Southeast. Their commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction has resulted in a strong portfolio of successful projects and long-standing relationships with public and private education partners.Job DescriptionLead all field operations for ground-up K-12 education construction projects from site development through project completion
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
Develop and maintain short-term schedules and three-week look-ahead plans
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards
Conduct daily site inspections and subcontractor coordination meetings
Lead project safety initiatives and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for field execution
Coordinate inspections with local authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders
Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedule, budget, or quality
Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals and milestones

Proven experience leading ground-up K-12 education construction projects
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast on a project basis
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trade partners
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsOSHA 30 certification preferred
