The Opportunity:
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for Seasonal Pool Attendant.
Essential function of the job:
- Welcome our guests to the Pool and provide guests with water service, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the Pool.
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
- Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
- Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
- Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
- Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
- Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Pool season starts in mid April 2026 and ends in September 2026.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- Able to work outdoors in the sun
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
