We are a small hardware store located in the west part of the Spokane/Shadle area. We are known in our neighborhood as the friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable hardware store. Our customers are our number one priority, as we strive to provide the best customer service in the city. We are looking for the right individual to add to the team that is hard worker, dedicated, and above all, has a friendly positive attitude.Looking for individuals that enjoy working with plants. Duties are but not limited to: watering and maintaining the plants, putting out garden decorations, unloading plant trucks as they arrive, cashiering, loading soil call outs, moving plants and trees around the garden center as directed by the Garden Manager. The season will last between Now - August/September depending on sales and help needed.The positions are considered full time seasonal. This means you will be scheduled for 35 - 40 hours per week during the entire time of the season, plus chance of obtaining overtime. You will be scheduled with two days off in a row.Additionally we are looking for someone that can Cashier inside the store as well as work out in the garden center.Qualifications:- Able to lift 40 - 80 lbs- Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (These are our main selling days)- Able to count back change (You will learn our POS System)- Able to work either opening or closing shifts (We open at 7:30am and close at 7:00pm)Additionally we are looking for someone that can work in our garden center and be able to cashier inside the store as well.With all our seasonal positions, we may offer a full time year round benefitted position with the store, this will depend on the needs of the store.

Compensation: $17.13 - $18.50 per hour
