Job Summary
As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsibilities
Under supervision of Chefs, Line cooks are responsible for executing cooking tasks, including: reading food slips, preparing and cooking food/dishes according to recipes, instruction and direction.
Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques
Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
Working as a team. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
