Seasonal Pool Bartender

We are seeking energetic and reliable Seasonal Pool Bartenders to join our team for the summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoy working outdoors. Bartenders will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while preparing and serving beverages in a busy poolside setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment

· Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory

· Handle and process transactions efficiently and accurately

· Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

· Serve a full food menu

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

· Work outdoors for extended periods in hot, humid, and sunny conditions

· Remain on your feet for long shifts, often 6–10+ hours

· Frequently lift and carry heavy items

· Maintain focus and efficiency during peak service times with high guest volume

Qualifications:

· Previous bartending or food & beverage experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings

· Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions while maintaining professionalism and energy

· Strong multitasking and time management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and hold any required certifications

Availability:

· Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal hours

· Flexible scheduling required throughout the summer season
