Bilingual Recruiter — Fast-Paced, People-Focused, Growth-Driven

Abacus, a leader in light industrial staffing, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves the challenge of filling urgent orders with accuracy and speed.

What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines: Recruit and sustain a strong pool of skilled candidates for multiple client sites.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure a ready-to-deploy roster.
Placement & Onboarding: Match candidates to the right assignments, conduct orientations, and prepare them for successful start dates.
Pre-Employment Screening: Administer background checks, drug tests, and skills assessments in compliance with client and legal standards.
Communication & Coordination: Answer phones and emails, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely responses to support client satisfaction.
On-Site Support: Assist with associate check-ins at client locations when needed.

What You Bring

Prior recruiting experience within a staffing agency
Bilingual: Spanish/English or English/Creole is beneficial but not required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and business needs
High energy, a positive team-focused mindset, and a strong sense of urgency
Ability to stay organized, efficient, and calm in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with a diverse workforce
