Job Description
The Seasonal Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and adherence to club standards. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage management team to support staff, maintain service excellence, and drive overall member satisfaction during peak season.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house team members during service
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service goals
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club policies
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant supervisory or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and guest-focused mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
