Seasonal Sales Assocaite - La Plaza

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks Temporary Sales Associates to join its La Plaza location in McAllen, Texas.for the 2026 Holiday Season! In order to meet our business needs, it is essential that you are available to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. This seasonal assignment will run from November to January. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals 
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
• Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
• Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures

• Prior retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
