This hands-on role provides comprehensive on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a dynamic team environment.As a Seasonal Stocking Laborer, you'll support daily operations by efficiently moving materials, operating basic equipment (after training), and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your contributions will ensure a smooth flow of products, helping the team meet its goals and deliver excellent service.What Youll Do As a Stocking Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Moving stock from storage areas to shelves using hand carts or jacks to ensure timely restocking.
- Removing, inspecting, and verifying products from boxes, ensuring correct placement and labeling.
- Organizing items on shelves to maximize space efficiency and accessibility.
- Breaking down boxes and responsibly disposing of packing materials to maintain a clutter-free work area.
- Assisting teammates with additional tasks and supporting daily operations to keep workflow seamless.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
