Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Associate - 3-Day Workweek

Location: 30 Distribution Dr, Elizabethtown, PA 17022

Pay & Incentives

• $20.80/hour starting pay

• Shift premiums up to $2/hour

• Sat–Mon, 6 AM – 6 PM (+$2/hr shift premium)

Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders

Rotate through tasks within your department as needed

Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Complete receiving/shipping documentation as required

Follow standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities

Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues

You Own This Role If You Have:

The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50 lb boxes

A strong sense of independence and team collaboration

Excellent communication skills and flexibility

A focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality
